It will be sold with a clear Florida title. This Microcar oddity is not running but has the promise of large appreciation and will have distinction at even the largest Concours d’Elegance. Stored inside my air-conditioned and heated warehouse for the past 29 years. Yeah, really. Yes, this is a 'barn find’ because I found it recently in MY OWN barn (warehouse). Known problem areas include missing air filter and tail lens, incorrect wheels, incorrect door panels, plexiglas windscreen, floor pans replaced. Engine is not frozen but it doesn’t run. Areas of rust were treated with ‘rust converter’ 29 years ago and have been mostly stabilized. When was the last time you were able to buy an oddity with a four-digit VIN? This unique automobile is a collector’s dream (or nightmare if you’ve never taken on a ground-up restoration). Car is located in Orlando, FL. Buyer is responsible for collection, loading, and transportation. The seats, trim, gauges, convertible top mechanism and fabric are all in good, working order. That’s good news because parts for this gem were all made of ‘unobtanium’.
